Promo Harvest Inc. (“Promo Harvest”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operating under the brand TeePrintHouse, is committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping for all custom apparel orders.
Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Canada only.
Production & Shipping Time
All products are custom-made and require production before shipping.
· Production Time: 2 business days after payment confirmation
· Standard Shipping Time: 3–6 business days after production is completed
Delivery times may vary during:
- Holidays
- High-volume seasons
- Severe weather or carrier service disruptions
- Carrier service disruptions
If unexpected delays occur, we will notify customers when possible.
Shipping Fees
To keep shipping simple and transparent:
- Flat Rate: Shipping for one order to non-remote Canadian areas starts at $6.99.
- Free Shipping: On orders over $89 before tax and after discounts (non-remote Canadian areas)
- Remote Area Shipping: Additional shipping fees may apply to remote or rural addresses. If so, we’ll contact you after your order is placed. You may choose to pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.
- Bulk Orders: Follow the same free-shipping rule (free over $89) for non-remote Canadian areas only.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with trusted Canadian carriers, including:
- Canada Post
- Purolator
- UPS
- Fedex
- UniUni
The carrier used may vary depending on delivery address, package size, and order requirements.
Order Processing
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may result in shipping delays, returned packages, or additional charges.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Shipping Damage, Loss & Delivery Issues
If your order is damaged in transit or appears to be lost before delivery, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and, when applicable, assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
For packages marked as delivered by the carrier, TeePrintHouse is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
