Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
At Promo Harvest Inc. (“we”, “our”), operating under the brand TeeCanada, we offer both customized made-to-order products and blank (non-customized) products.
Please review the policy below carefully, as return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
1. Customized / Made-to-Order Products (No Returns or Refunds)
All customized products are made-to-order based on the customer’s submitted design, size, color, and specifications.
Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

Incorrect size selected at checkout

Change of mind after placing an order
-
Incorrect color or design choice
-
Design issues related to customer-uploaded files
-
Low-resolution or unsuitable artwork provided by the customer
Once production has begun, customized orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
2. Blank (Non-Customized) Products – Returns Accepted with Conditions
Returns for blank (non-customized) products are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable

Outbound shipping refers to the original freight cost paid to ship the order to the customer and will be deducted proportionally based on the quantity returned
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original, resalable condition

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
-
Returns must be authorized in advance

Returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused

Items must be shipped freight prepaid
Please allow 10–20 business days after receipt of the return for processing and credit issuance.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or made-to-order products

Altered or washed garments
-
Clearance or final-sale items

Discontinued products
-
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Our Responsibility & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If an issue occurs due to a printing, manufacturing, or production error on our part, we will provide a free replacement, including reprinting and reshipping at no additional cost.

Replacements Not Covered
Replacements are not provided for issues outside of our control, including:

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Low-resolution or unsuitable customer-provided artwork

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Shipping delays caused by courier companies
-
Lost or stolen shipments after delivery confirmation
For issues not caused by Promo Harvest Inc., customers may place a new order if a replacement is needed.
5. Returned Packages Due to Address Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer once the package is received.
Customers are responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the order.
