At Promo Harvest Inc ( “we”, “our”, “ TeePrintHouse”) we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable delivery for all custom apparel orders. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
Shipping Time (Canada Only)
All orders are custom-made and require production before shipping.
- Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days after production is completed
- Delivery time may vary during:
- Holidays
- High-volume seasons
- Severe weather or carrier delays
- We currently ship within Canada only.
Customers will receive updates if any unexpected delays occur during processing.
Shipping Fees
To keep shipping simple and transparent:
- Flat Rate: $6.99 per order delivered to non-remote Canadian areas
- Free Shipping: Orders over $89 (before tax and after discounts)
- Remote Area Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on postal code
- Bulk Orders: Follow the same free-shipping rule (free over $89)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted Canadian carriers to ensure safe delivery, including:
- Canada Post
- Purolator
- UPS
- UniUni (select regions)
The available carrier may vary depending on your delivery address and order size.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Processing time may be longer during promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume days.
- If delays occur, customers will be notified promptly.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
This allows you to monitor transit updates and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Promo Harvest is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Missing unit/apartment numbers
- Wrong postal code
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, customers must pay the reshipping fee to send the order again.
Shipping Damage, Loss, or Stolen Packages
If your order is damaged or lost in transit before delivery, contact us immediately at:

We will open a claim with the carrier and assist with a replacement if applicable.
Important:
If the tracking shows the order was delivered but is later lost or stolen, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.
Customers must place a new order.
