Refund & Return Policy

Return, Refund, Replacement & Production Policy

Effective Date: May 2026
 Applies To: All orders placed on or after the effective date above.


Our Commitment

At TeePrintHouse, we take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel and printed products for every customer. Because all products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each order, our policies differ from standard retail stores.

We are committed to being fair, transparent, and reasonable. If an issue is caused by us, we will work with you to make it right.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom-Made Product Policy

All products sold by TeePrintHouse are custom-made and produced according to customer-provided specifications, including but not limited to:

     Artwork and graphics

     Colors

     Garment styles

     Sizes

     Print methods

     Quantities

     Shipping details

Because every item is uniquely produced for each order, returns, cancellations, and refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

By placing an order or approving a digital proof/mockup, the customer confirms that all submitted information and artwork details are accurate and approved for production.


2. Artwork Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, placement, quantities, and specifications before production begins.

This includes, but is not limited to:

     Spelling or grammatical errors

     Low-resolution artwork

     Incorrect image scaling

     Color selection

     Garment sizing

     Placement preferences

     Transparent backgrounds

     File formatting issues

While we may attempt to identify obvious issues, the final responsibility for approved artwork and production specifications remains with the customer.


3. Production Variations & Industry Tolerances

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of apparel printing and manufacturing, minor variations may naturally occur during production.

The following are considered normal industry tolerances and do NOT qualify as defects or replacement claims:

     Slight color differences between digital mockups/screens and final printed products

     Minor print placement variations

     Slight differences between production batches

     Minor garment measurement tolerances

     Fabric texture or dye lot variations

     Slight shrinkage after washing

     Variations caused by different printing methods or garment materials

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing prior to production.


4. Return Policy

Because all products are custom-made to order, TeePrintHouse does not accept returns or exchanges for:

     Change of mind

     Buyer’s remorse

     Customer-selected incorrect sizes, colors, or styles

     Orders canceled after production has started

     Customer-provided artwork issues

     Minor production variations described in Section 3

     Shipping delays caused by third-party couriers

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details and size charts before placing an order.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

However, if a verified issue caused directly by TeePrintHouse exists, we may, depending on the circumstances and at our reasonable discretion, provide:

     A free replacement

     Store credit

     Partial refund

     Full refund where appropriate

Refunds are NOT available for:

     Approved orders produced correctly according to submitted specifications

     Customer errors

     Minor production variations

     Courier delays outside our control

     Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.


6. Replacement Policy

We take responsibility for mistakes caused directly by our production or fulfillment process.

✅ Covered — Replacement Available

We will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution if:

     The wrong item was shipped

     The wrong size was shipped due to our fulfillment error

     A substantial printing error significantly differs from the approved proof

     The item arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects

     The item was damaged before courier handoff

     A carrier officially confirms the package was lost in transit (excluding address-related issues)


❌ Not Covered

Replacement requests will not be approved for:

     Incorrect size selected by customer

     Incorrect color/style selected by customer

     Customer-provided artwork errors

     Low-resolution artwork

     Spelling or typo mistakes approved by customer

     Slight color or placement variations

     Courier delays

     Delivered packages reported missing after successful delivery confirmation

     Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customer


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments

Lost in Transit

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that a package was lost before delivery, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Delivered but Missing (Porch Piracy)

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, TeePrintHouse is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery.

Customers should:

     Check with neighbors or building management

     Verify safe drop locations

     Wait up to 3 business days, as some carriers prematurely mark deliveries

     Contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak seasons, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


8. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

     Incorrect address

     Incomplete address

     Failed delivery attempts

     Unclaimed packages

the customer will be responsible for all additional reshipping fees.

Due to warehouse limitations and the custom nature of our products, unclaimed returned packages remaining unpaid for more than 60 days after notification may be considered abandoned property and may be recycled, donated, or disposed of without refund or liability.


9. Claim Submission Requirements

To request a replacement or resolution, customers must contact our support team within:

     15 days of delivery, or

     15 days from the estimated delivery date for confirmed lost shipments

Requests submitted outside this period may not be accepted.

Please include:

     Order number

     Description of the issue

     Clear high-resolution photos/videos showing the problem

     Photos of packaging if applicable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeePrintHouse’s total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

TeePrintHouse shall not be liable for:

     Indirect damages

     Consequential damages

     Business interruption

     Lost profits

     Event delays

     Reputation loss

     Third-party costs arising from delayed or defective products


11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.

Customers agree to contact TeePrintHouse directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute whenever possible so we may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

False, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using order records, production approvals, shipment tracking, customer communications, and submitted proof approvals.


12. Policy Updates

Promo Harvest Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated effective date. Orders already placed will remain governed by the policy version in effect at the time the order was submitted.
